Customer Support Executive - Mountain Time Shift


Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients based in the USA. Your primary objective will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our valued customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are fluent in USA Accent English, and are keen on working in the USA time zone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer customer questions and offer relevant information.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and actively contribute to their implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a USA-based shift or international customer support environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear USA Accent English.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in the USA shift (5 PM to 2 AM IST).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a bonus.
